What features does OASE offer?
OASE offers the option to manage its content so it fits your users’ needs: hide existing content or add your own in just a few clicks. Integrations with the Microsoft Office apps and Microsoft Teams ensure users can learn in the flow of work. Users log in to OASE seamlessly with Single Sign-On through Azure AD. Admins can follow up easily on the usage through the dashboard and reporting pages.

What kind of content does OASE offer?

How do I access OASE?
You can access OASE through:
- The web app (desktop & mobile friendly)
- The app in Microsoft Teams
- The Office Add‑in for Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Login is typically done via Single Sign‑On (SSO) with Azure AD. As an alternative, users can be uploaded manually.
Can I follow up on how people are using OASE?
As admin, you can use the built-in dashboard for a quick overview of the most watched videos, learning courses, articles etc. You can also export detailed data to build your own dashboards or reports. The data includes:
- A list of all users with their creation date and the date of their last activity
- A list of all logins within the period you specify
- A list of all views within the period you specify, per person and per day, along with the time spent
Can we add our own company content?
Yes. Organizations can upload their own videos, create text articles, and even build custom learning paths combining company content with OASE videos. This turns OASE into a central, tailor‑made learning platform for your teams.
Can we assign content to users?
No, OASE is not a full-blown LMS. We don’t provide the functionality of making certain content items mandatory. However, as an admin, you can easily follow up if employees have watched specific content items.
Is content personalized?
Users can set their interests in their profile. This will define the recommended content that is shown on your individual homepage. Users can also easily select content based on knowledge level by using the search filters.
You can also choose to put specific content items in the spotlight, so they appear on top of the home page for all your users.
Can we make specific content available to specific user groups?
No. As an admin you can define which content is visible and which is hidden, but this will be the same for all your employees.
You can create your own applications and/or learning courses where you group the content that is relevant for a specific user group. This will still be available to all users, but it helps guide users to the content that is relevant to them.
Can I buy an OASE license for a limited set of content items?
No. Your OASE license gives you access to all available content. As an admin, you can hide specific content if it is not relevant for your users.
